The Easy Way To Learn To Play

4 Quick Examples Of Talent

These days the word “talent” gets thrown around so much that it’s almost lost its real meaning. The word “genius” gets even more abused.

Sometimes I think people have forgotten what “talent” actually is… pretty rare and something genuinely special.

I’ve collected some brief snapshots of talent to show you!

12-Year-Old Jazz Guitarist Andreas Varady

14-Year-Old Sungha Jung

13-Year-Old Jennifer Kim

7-Year-Old Isabella Selder

  1. It was great, really enjoyed hearing some good guitar playing Thanks

  2. Thanks for the videos. This is talent. All thse shows Americas Iol, The Voice, Americas Got Talent are all bull shit shows. This is talent. It is sad in these days of technology the kids would rather be texting or be on Facebook istead of learning to play a musical instrument. They fritter their time away.

  3. it’s always a pleasure to see a good musician play well at any age on any musical instrument. I don’t understand why this should depress anyone. I guess it is the way of our world, sad to say. We should take delight in others who do well in all things of merit and value. These days people have trouble discerning what truly has merit and value and it is more than the “what” and “when” but also the complete context of the “how” and “why”. It’s all the more enjoyable because they are young.

  4. Wow! I really enjoyed these videos. I’m a novice myself(at 51 years old)and I can only hope that I’ll be able to play as well as these children someday. I noticed Isabella’s video is time stamped 1998. I wonder what she’s doing these days? I hope she’s still playing!

  5. Now that is true talent nice to see accomplished kids like that,it does make me a little sad that I did’nt start earlier in life! Excuse me while I go practice!

  6. Paul

i have been following Sungha Jung YouTubes for couple years now. Grwat to watch his finger scare across the finger board. Beautiful thing to hear and see. At that age was I grounded for breaking windows playing baseball in the backyard.

There are many young stars coming to our future. God bless them all.
I am just happy to enjoy playing my music thing at home. After about 5-6 years of playing, I sound experienced enough to make other want to listen. (finally)

Most important thing we learn in life’s journey. Work hard, Play hard…
AND most of all do what you love to do when and where you can.
I plan on leaving this world with smile on my face and no regrets. AMEN!

Thanks for sharing these talented children musicians.

  7. Thats very impressive ,blessed with great talent.

    hope u enjoy

I also need to go and practice.

  8. YEP. IM DEPRESSED. LOL. ONLY ABOUT MY OWN “TALENT”, BUT IT FILLS MY HEART WITH JOY TO KNOW THAT TRUE MUSICAL TALENT STILL THRIVES TODAY. LOVE OF MUSIC FOR THE SAKE OF LOVE OF MUSIC…NOT FOR ANY FINANCIAL GAIN OR NOTORIETY. IT MAKES ME DREAM OF WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN FOR MYSELF HAD I LEARNED TO PLAY AS A YOUNG CHILD. BUT…THERE’S ALWAYS HOPE FOR THE CHILDREN I MAY HAVE AND FOR ALL THE WORLD’S YOUTH. I PRAY THAT WE CONTINUE TO STEER CHILDREN INTO THE DIRECTION OF MUSIC AND THE ARTS INSTEAD OF LETTING THEM LOSE THEMSELVES, THEIR TALENT, AND BRAIN ON GAMING, THE INTERNET, AND TV.

  9. That goes to show you ,you have to start when you 3 years old.

And work hard at what you love for the rest of your life.

    It could be done!?

  10. Amazing shoes what a lot of practise can do

  11. All I Can Say is WOW!!!!!! These kids are fantastic! Really enjoyed them.
