Video Guide

1. The videos are streaming down live. After pressing play, allow some time for the video to start.

2. If you find that the videos are stopping and starting, press play then pause and wait a minute before pressing play again. This will allow the video to get a head start in downloading.

3. Sometimes you may find that a particular video will stop streaming and go no further. This is a cache problem on your computer. Try clearing the cache on your internet browser or view the site in an alternate browser.
