Video Guide

1. The videos are streaming down live. After pressing play, allow some time for the video to start.

2. If you find that a video is stopping and starting, press play, then pause it and wait a minute before pressing play again. This will allow the video to get a head start in downloading.

3. Sometimes you may find that a particular video will stop streaming and go no further. This is a cache problem on your computer. Try clearing the cache on your internet browser or view the site in an alternate browser.
