Beginner Guitar Songs
Welcome to the Songbook! These beginner guitar songs are simply perfect for students of all levels and I'm sure that you're going to love learning to play them. One thing I would like to talk to you about however is Preparation.
If you rush into trying to play songs - even beginner guitar songs, too quickly and before you are ready then you're probably going to experience quite a lot of frustration. In order to ensure that you have the easiest time possible please make sure that you have adequately prepared all of your strums and chords changes by first going through the lessons on the site.

Let's make a very important distinction - Learning songs has nothing to do with learning guitar! First you must become fluent in your strumming patterns, chord connectors and have spent time in the Practice Module etc... Only then will you be truly ready for guitar songs. Trust me on this OK?
I know you may be itching to get into guitar songs for beginners immediately but it's kind of like trying to run a marathon without first having done the necessary training. The way I teach is very clear and logical so assuming you follow each step as it's taught you should find many of these songs a breeze to learn. Never be afraid to stop and pause video lessons while you practice the parts and remember that it may take you a few tries to get them down.
My last piece of advice with beginner guitar songs is to never aim for perfection! Do lots of different songs and don't get caught up in trying to get one song perfect before moving onto the next one. The fastest way to improve is to do lots of different songs and they'll all get better together as your playing improves more and more over time. Have fun!
