Quite often I get emails from students on the site complaining that they have small hands and have trouble stretching their fingers to hold chord shapes.

The exercise I demonstrate here will go a long way to solving those kinds of problems for you. Simply do it for 5 – 10 minutes a day and after 1 – 2 weeks you should notice a big difference.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! If Your Fingers Start To Hurt Doing This Exercise Then Stop And Come Back To It Later. It’s Possible To Injure Your Hand If You Push To Hard.

I put together a product which you can check out here – My Top 10 Guitar Exercises. In it I reveal the exact same exercises I use in my own daily practice routines.
