Below you'll find a download link for all the MP3 audio samples which accompany the book. I think you'll find them very useful.
Simple right click and choose "save as" (if you have a PC) or CTRL + Click and "save as" if you have a Mac.
Once the file has downloaded you'll need to unzip it. Right click on your downloaded file to see if you have any programs already installed in your computer to do this. If not there are plenty of free ones available on the internet which you can download, simply do a Google search for "free unzip software".
