Puddle of Mudd One Member Short

The American rock band, Puddle of Mudd recently made a statement regarding the band’s lineup change. Last week, they announced that they have gone separate ways with their bassist Doug Ardito.

The bass guitar duties will be temporarily filled – up by the band’s long – time amigo, Damien Starkey and will be playing until further notice or until they find a new replacement.

Puddle of Mudd front man, Wes Scantlin said that they had a great time rocking with Doug Ardito for 9 great years and he wants to wish him everything good in his future plans and endeavors. Doug Ardito was with them since the early days of Puddle of Mudd.

Puddle of Mudd has recently finished a Headlining and Festival tour in the United States and is said to be gearing up for the next Carnival of Madness Tour that will be starting this 16th of July. The tour would begin in Jacksonville, Florida and they will be accompanied by other famous power acts like Sevendust, Shinedown, 10 years and Chevelle.

They have been touring and working hard non – stop this year to support their album, Volume 4: Songs in the Key of Love and Hate and the single from that album titled Stoned is currently playing at MTV2.
